Needle roller bearing has small cross section ,high load capacity. So it is suitable to limit configuration in radial space. Needle roller bearing has the low height of section and the high loading force. It has fine unit in high speed. It is suitable to use in small space. Because of the high volume of lubricant, the low weight and the high rigidity, it can work in severe situation. For example: high speed of rotation, high impact load, etc, so its range of application is very extensive.

Combination needle roller bearing is widely used in various mechanical equipment,such as machine tools, metallurgical machinery, textile machinery and printing machinery and so on . needle roller bearing can make the mechanical system design  very compact dexterity.

Needle roller bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical rollers that are long and thin in relation to their diameter. In spite of their low cross section, needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is limited 
Needle bearings are designed to support radial loads and reduce friction between rotating components. The low cross section provides maximum load-carrying capability with a minimum of space required. Drawn cup bearings are easily installed with a press fit in the housing. 


There are two basic designs: The full complement and the caged version. Both have a drawn outer shell that serves as a raceway for the rollers contained in the bearing. The full complement version has the maximum number of rollers mechanically retained by the drawn outer shell. This design combines high radial load-carrying capability with low cost. The standard caged version contains a one-piece steel cage to guide and retain the rollers. This design provides high speed and maximum lubricant retention capability.
