Tapered roller bearings are generally used to support combined load mainly consisting of radial load.Their cups are separable for easy assembling.During mounting and using,radial clearance and axial clearance can be adjusted and preloaded mounting can be made.
- Single-row inch taper roller bearing is major in suit for sustaining combined load from radial and axial load, but inclined to radial load .
- Single-row inch tapered roller bearings should not solely sustain axial load, it also will produce additional axial forces under the radial load .
- The axial load capacity of single row inch tapered roller bearings is determined by contact angle, the more bigger contact angle ,the more heavier the axial load .
- Double row tapered roller bearings have two kinds separated by pairing structure, two independent cone bearing paired installation
- Clearance with baffle type adjustment, inner ring and outer ring between the identification code,
- We do not suggest the same size of the bearing parts interchange installation for this kind of bearing, it must use the same bearing inner parts for installation
- Four-row tapered roller bearings must be installed as a complete bearing in the chocks.
